Doctors recommend it, all life and health teachings demand it and the body needs it. Its important you give yourself this regular recharge voluntarily - and especially in difficult times. In addition to Daoist Buddhist meditation (as taught in many Far Eastern oriented schools), we practice special breathing and self-massage techniques.

As an introduction and to deepen our knowledge we recommend our 3-hour meditation workshops.
